USB to Berg Power Cable

This extension cable allows you to power your Gotek by connecting this cable to a USB port.
Equipped with a USB plug on one side, and a Berg connector for connecting a gotek on the other side.

The cable only has a function as a power cable, there are no data lines connected.
Be aware if you hook up anything else then a Gotek Floppydrive , you be aware that a USB port only can deliver this much :

Works for powering a slimline DVD.

While the cable is ment to power a Gotek I needed one with the same connector to power an external slimline DVD-RW (5V with 6W max power draw).
Received great help from the store in determining the power requirements and this USB to Berg cable delivers in full.
With both reading and writing CDs/DVDs on my Amiga I've yet to experience any power loss to the drive.
Connected to one of the USB 3 ports on my screen this now effectively eliminates the need for yet another power brick 🙂 Thanks a lot!
