This interface was designed by me, and based on a schematic that Guido Mersmann shared sometime early this century, and is intended for the Amiga's of type 500 / 500+

Because PC keyboards do not have compatible Power LED / Floppydisk activity LEDs in the housing, these have been made available on the adapter.

Reset functionality is also available on the PS/2 keyboard, use the keys <CTRL> - <Left Windows Key> - <Right Windows Key>, the amiga will reset as if you pressed CTRL-Amiga-Amiga.

At the heart of the interface is a PIC Controller that takes care of the conversion from PS/2 protocol to Amiga protocol, and additional via a piece of software (MMKEYBOARD) you can also define the extra keys (F11, F12, etc) on the Amiga.

Great ps2 keyboard adapter interface!

This interface should be the best selling device for Amiga 500! It's simply plug and play!
Tested also the reset keys and works great.
A cheap solution for an external keyboard for your Amiga 500 board in an desktop case like the checkmate A1500 plus.
