Amiga 500 / 500+ IDE Interface DOM Kit (68000 Socket)

This is a special 44 pin IDE version designed to directly connect a 1GB DOM Module without cables.
So you have an interface that supplies the voltage directly via the 44 pin connector (Which can be switched off by a jumper).
That way the interface can therefore be mounted completely without cables, and fits in every Amiga 500 / 500+.
This kit includes an industrial DOM module (Mini SSD) with a capacity of 1 GB for the Amiga.
The Amiga 500 / 500+ IDE Interface DOM Kit (68000 Socket) can also be used to connect a Harddisk or IDE-2-CF adapter, only direct attached is not possible that way, you must use a 44 pin IDE cable.

What is the difference with the other adapters already available ?

Notes to Shop : Amiga 500 / 500+ IDE Interface DOM Kit (68000 Socket) :

1 ]    This card will not work with trapdoor memory larger than 512KB

2 ]    This card also works with hard disks, they just can't be powered from the IDE Interface itself.

3 ]    This card can work with Fat95 or Amiga FFS formatted CF cards, each filesystem uses its own bootdisk. (Both bootdisks can be found in the  Download  Section)

4 ]    Connecting a Harddisk or IDE-2-CF adapter is possible, only direct attached connection is not possible, you must use a 44 pin IDE cable.
